The superb Day Spa at Body Magic is one of our best loved facilities and is a real hidden treasure, right here in the heart of Hitchin. You can use the Spa either on its own, just to relax and unwind, or you can enjoy the Aromatherapy room, Steam room & Monsoon shower in conjunction with any number of our other Spa treatments.
Monsoon Shower
Monsoon Shower
The Monsoon shower is capable of offering a deluge of hot or cold water at the press of a button. The experience is heightened with warm red or cool blue lights selected automatically with the hot or cold option.
Aromatherapy Room
The Aromatherapy room is gently heated to encourages relaxation but not perspiration. The room is infused with Aromatherapy essences including relaxing Lavender and Rose Geranium or the invigorating Pine and Menthol.
The Steam Room
Steam bathing is recognised by modern medicine for its health-giving properties and is the perfect way to relax after exercise or a hard day’s work. The heat and humidity increase circulation, relax tense muscles and helps soothe away aches and pains.
